1. Scope of Services

Lupin Education acts as a consulting agency representing prospective international students. We assist with university selection, application document preparation, translation and notarization of documents, and submission to the Ministry of Education in Georgia.

While we guarantee professional handling of your documents, the final admission decision is strictly reserved by the designated University and the Ministry of Education of Georgia.

2. Tuition Fee Payment

All tuition fee payments must be made directly to the University's official bank account as per the invoice provided along with the Admission Offer Letter.

Warning: Lupin Education will never ask you to transfer tuition fees into our personal or agency bank accounts. Do not engage in transactions with unverified third parties.

3. Visa Process & Disclaimers

We provide full assistance and guidance for the D3 Student Visa application via the Georgia e-Visa portal or appropriate embassy. However, the issuance of the visa is the sole jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

• Lupin Education is not liable for visa rejections due to student background checks, forged documents, or misrepresentation.
• Visa application fees are non-refundable in the event of rejection.
• The timeline for visa processing is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
